The destination of a leadership journey is the journey itself. Leaders who embrace intentionality in their own development with a posture of humility are the kinds of leaders who grow in wisdom and skill, but formational leadership journeys do not just happen. We all need guides and companions on the journey to healthy leadership. No matter our age, experience, or stage of development, leaders who learn from others are leaders who grow in their capacity to then be a resource to others.
That is the purpose of this site… To help you grow in wisdom and understanding so that you may then help others do the same. These resources have been compiled and refined from the 80-year redemptive leadership journey of Keith Yoder, himself a student at every step. Arranged in six major categories, all of these are free and open to you, to serve as a voice of wisdom and support on your leadership path.
As you engage and learn from these content in this resource library, we invite your feedback as to how this information affected you and to ways we can improve our delivery of it via this site.
